How your data is protected
| Encryption | Your documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. |

| Use | Your RFP materials are used only to prepare your proposal, and handled confidentially throughout. |
| NDA | An NDA is available on request. |
| Deletion | Uploaded documents and delivered proposals are deleted 90 days after delivery, or sooner on request. |
| Model training | Your data is not used to train AI models. |
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the service, including Anthropic (Claude AI models) for drafting, and cloud hosting and email providers. They process data only on our instructions and do not use it to train models.
We use Claude through Anthropic's commercial API. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default.
