Common questions
Is my RFP kept confidential?
Yes. An NDA is available on request, and your documents are deleted 90 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask. Drafting runs on Anthropic Claude through its commercial API, and Anthropic does not use API content to train its models.
What do I receive?
An editable Word (DOCX) proposal and a compliance matrix showing where every requirement is answered. PowerPoint is available on request.
Can I get a refund?
Fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If a draft needs changes, we revise it: Starter includes one revision per proposal, Professional two, and Business unlimited.
