Yes. Government and public sector RFPs are a core use case. Every proposal is built around a compliance matrix that maps each requirement to the section that answers it, and follows the submission format the RFP specifies.

We work across industries, including technology, healthcare, construction, consulting, professional services and government contracting. The method adapts to each sector's evaluation criteria and compliance requirements.

At minimum, the RFP document and basic company information. The more you share (past proposals, capabilities, team CVs, past projects), the more tailored your proposal will be.

Proposals are currently written in English. Arabic is planned. If your tender needs another language, tell us when you get in touch.

Standard delivery is within 72 hours of receiving all required materials, on every plan. A 24-hour rush delivery is available on request, and the Business plan includes one free 24-hour rush delivery each month.

An editable Word (DOCX) proposal with a compliance matrix showing where every requirement is answered. A PowerPoint version is available on request.

Revisions are included in every plan. Starter includes 1 revision per proposal, Professional includes 2, and Business includes unlimited revisions. Typical revisions, such as timeline changes, added credentials or reworked sections, are usually turned around within 72 hours. Major rewrites or changes in scope may be quoted separately.

Tell us what is missing and we will revise it within your plan. If a delivered proposal misses a stated RFP requirement, we revise it at no extra cost.

Each plan includes a set number of proposals per month: 1 on Starter, 2 on Professional and 4 on Business. Unused proposals do not roll over. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@v39-consultancy.com, with no penalty; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Revisions are the remedy: if a delivered proposal misses a stated RFP requirement, we'll revise it at no extra cost within the revision window.

Your documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and an NDA is available on request. Your RFP materials are used only to prepare your proposal. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the service, including Anthropic (Claude AI models) for drafting, and cloud hosting and email providers. They process data only on our instructions and do not use it to train models. Uploaded documents and delivered proposals are deleted 90 days after delivery, or sooner on request.
